Installation Basics
EC101 is a tongue and grooved board that can be installed as a floating floor on an underlay or fully bonded with floor adhesive to the subfloor. For floors over underfloor heating fully bonded installation is always recommended.
Care and Maintenance
This floor is finished with low maintenance lacquer which keeps the surface protected from stains and wear. Furniture should be protected with pads and the floor should be kept dust free.

sure you have the correct measurements and you are sure of your purchase.
Returning Items:
What You Can Return
For carpet tiles and wooden floors, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Items returned must be undamaged and in their original packaging. If not, you may be responsible for additional fees and may not receive a refund. The buyer is responsible for return postage.

Cancellations:

hours of purchase and before the order has been shipped for a full refund. Once
shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Instead, apply for a return after
