A thick top layer of subtly textured rustic European oak is soaked in a Golden brown hue created with penetrating coats of UV hardened natural colour oils. The 5mm rustic oak top layer is rolled with steel brushes to take away the softer grain whilst following the contours of the natural grain, the result is an enhanced surface texture which becomes tactile underfoot and extremely durable to everyday scratches.
The brushed surface is further enhanced and protected by UV cured coats of Danish Colour oil.

Installation Basics
EP103 is a tongue and grooved board, that can be installed as a floating floor on an underlay or fully bonded with floor adhesive to the subfloor.
Care and Maintenance
This floor is finished with UV cured Danish oil. The UV curing process produces a hard wearing oiled surface, which needs less maintenance than a traditional oiled floor.

For carpet tiles and wooden floors, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Items returned must be undamaged and in their original packaging. If not, you may be responsible for additional fees and may not receive a refund. The buyer is responsible for return postage.
